Welcome to CrystalsNGems! 

CrystalsNGems is a family run, quality centric, Independent crystal retailer business based in South Wales. Our team is made up of Amanda, Steve and Scott. Each member of the family brings something unique to our business and helps it to thrive. Even though we all have our individual skills, CrystalsnGems is real team effort. We make sure our customers can purchase consciously sourced quality products with confidence at competitive prices.

Amanda, is our buyer. When she is not working her day job at Airbus, she spends her time sourcing only the best Crystals from around the world for our customers. Combine this with a love of travel and (spending money) and you get a person who is deeply connected to the world we live in. She loves expanding her personal crystal collection any time that she can. She also runs the CNG live shows, which can be found on Facebook. Lastly, she is the chief photographer, who makes sure every crystal is given the attention it deserves.

Steve runs our distribution operation and is the main point of contact for any customer service queries. His job is to make sure that every quality crystal is delivered fast and on time to our customers. Just like Amanda, his background is in quality assurance. This means that he is dedicated to making processes as streamlined as possible. All of us in the family know how important crystals are in your life. If you buy crystals for your display, or if you buy them for spiritual reasons, Steve makes sure that every crystal is packed with love and care. Lastly, Steve dedicates his time to creating all the Facebook teaser videos. Since his retirement from his day job, he’s getting increasingly more like Spielberg as the months go on.

Scott is the creative one of the family. He recently joined the family business in January 2025. His background is in creative writing and drama. He is responsible for coming up with creative ideas to help drive the business head into the future. He is currently learning the ins and outs of running a business. Learning all about the importance of the CrystalsNGems model ‘quality in all we do’

Christie is the dog that guards the crystals when no-one is around. As you can see from her face... she takes this very seriously!
